We are a group of like-minded individuals who have one shared goal: to bring a cooperatively owned and managed food market to people who live and work in the Southtowns communities of Western New York, including East Aurora, Orchard Park, Elma, Marilla, Wales, South Wales, West Seneca, Hamburg, Holland, Strykersville and beyond.
When our doors open, we will be tapping local resources and growers to supply the cooperative with produce, dairy, meat and the like. Not only does this mean we’ll be providing wholesome food that improves the health of individuals and ultimately our communities, but also the economic health of our region.
We will also offer classes about nutrition, food preparation techniques such as canning, healthy cooking concepts and more.
We have the drive and the ambition to bring this project to fruition, but to be a true community-wide effort, we also need you! We like to say this is “YOUR co-op, YOUR way,” so read on, learn about all the benefits the co-op will bring to you and your family, and show your support!
